Just stayed for one night on our way to Las Vegas. Reception staff was very friendly and accommodating. On arrival we was allocated a different room to the one we had booked, but the issue was soon easily rectified with no problem. The room was very clean and comfortable with a fridge and coffee making facilities, wi-fi, aircon and bathroom soap etc. There was also free tea, coffee and water available in the reception. Breakfast was included in the price.

I loved that check-in was done within a few minutes. The ladies at the front desk were professional, friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff did a great job on my room and greeted me whenever I walked by them.

The hispanic lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing! She was the best part of our stay. She even checked in on us to ensure we made it to our room and everything was as expected. I was in shocked that she was so attentive! I wish I could remember her name! The room was clean and the area is safe!

We had such a wonderful experience! I highly recommend the King Suite! It is perfectly appointed and very spacious. BEDROOM: It has a COMFY king bed in the bedroom. Blackout curtains are also provided. It has a free standing armoire instead of a closet. There is seating and plenty of space. A desk is also provided. The TV is gaming system friendly. We brought our xbox and we were able to hook it up no problem. The bedroom also features blackout curtains if you are a light sleeper. The air conditioning unit is modern and has digital temperature control. Not just an on /off switch. LIVING ROOM: The living room is spacious and very comfortable. It has a full size pull out couch, 2 upholstered chairs, coffee table, TV, lamp and ceiling fan. Blackout curtains are also offered in the living room for guests who are using the pull out couch for sleep. KITCHEN: The kitchen is really well appointed. It has a seating bar with 2 chairs as well as a small kitchen table, also with 2 chairs. It has a mini-fridge, sink, Keurig coffee maker, small microwave, as well as dishes and flatware. K-Cups are provided. BATHROOM: The bathroom is very spacious with double sinks and granite counters, a very large soaking tub, and a glass shower that's big enough for 2. The other nice feature is that the toilet is behind its own door which allows for multiple people to use the bathroom at the same time. Thank you Best Western for such a wonderful day! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! We just can't say enough. Highly recommend. We will stay again!

Breakfast was fine. Loved being able to get coffee anytime in the lobby. The magnets for 'Do Not Disturb' etc. are a great idea.

Very disappointed that none of the restaurants were open on a Sunday. We did go to a casino to eat. Was the wirst food we had while travelling

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived in 48-degree heat on a motorcycle, and initially, we were given an upstairs room, which we asked to be changed to downstairs room, and our request was taken care of. The breakfast was very good.

We had just driven 12 hrs from Billings to Mesquite It was killer to find a bed so comfortable and my wife wanted to steal the pillows 😁 I held her back for fear of reprisal lol The little omelets were pretty good also Usually place that ser e them make you wonder what they're made of Thanks for the pleasant stay
